We typically respond to estimate requests within 24 hours. If you’ve booked online, you should receive a confirmation email immediately.
Are estimates free?
Yes, we provide free estimates for all services. For certain services, such as window cleaning, we may adjust the estimate if the scope or conditions are different from what was initially communicated.
How do I book a service?
Once you’ve accepted our quote or booked through our website, selecting the service, date, and time that best suits you, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details. If your preferred date is unavailable, one of our representatives will reach out to arrange a convenient alternative.

Our Techchians work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm.

Yes, if our calendar has an available time, you are welcome to schedule same day service.

Can I request additional services on the day of cleaning?
We recommend booking any additional services in advance to ensure availability. However, if our crew has time on the day of service, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, we understand that schedules change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us directly. Please try to notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees.
Are you insured?

How long does a service take?
Do I need to pay upfront?
No, you will be charged just after completion and we make payments as simple as possible.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. For convenience, an invoice will be sent to your email with easy payment instructions after the service.
We use secure third party payment system, Square, where your credit card details are encrypted for security purpose.

Will I be able to add extra services like gutter cleaning to my current window cleaning appointment?
Yes, if you’d like to bundle additional services like gutter cleaning, power washing, or any other service with your current booking, please contact us in advance so we can adjust the schedule and estimate accordingly.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the cleaning?
For the best experience, please secure pets and remove any fragile items from the areas we’ll be cleaning. We’ll handle all other preparations with the utmost care for your space and belongings.
How do I know my personal information is safe?
We prioritize your privacy and secure all personal information per our Privacy Policy. Your information is used only to facilitate our services and is never shared or sold to third parties.
How far does you go up to?
We cover all Cape Cod, South Shore and surroud areas. These are the Towns we currently are working on If we do not currently serve your area, please send us an email and enter your contact info here and we might open an exception for you.
Do I need to be home?
However we recommend you or someone else to be home for the first time visit, it is not really necessary.
If you can’t be home for any reason just provide us access to get in, providing us the key entry and alarm code in case there is one. We will make sure everything will be placed back exactly as we found it.
